📋 Description
• We are looking for a Java Tech Lead to join and guide a mid-sized team of 10 people, responsible for developing products and delivering projects in Mobility Services, both nationally and internationally. • The product consists of multiple components, including roadside (on-prem), backend (cloud), and frontend (web & mobile), utilizing modern technology stacks. • As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in development, deployment, and maintenance. • You will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives and drive innovation in our solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience in backend Java programming, including unit testing and TDD. • Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. • Proficiency in Linux command-line operations. • Hands-on experience with Amazon EKS, Serverless, IAM, and other AWS services. • Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Sonar, Docker, Maven, GIT/Gerrit). • Familiarity with development tools like JIRA, Confluence, Eclipse, or IntelliJ. • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
