📋 Description

• Responsible for a territory, including managing contacts, executing on market / region sales goals and objectives • Meeting with brokers and agencies to build relationships and promote our brand • Analyzing reports and providing a plan of action for increased production • Providing real time feedback from the field brokers. • Training for brokers both classroom and field. • Influencing brokers to sell more by positioning our product and promoting our brand. • Coordinating effectively with local sales team • Reporting on daily activities to ensure sales are consistent with incremental market goals • Adhering to and maintains current understanding of compliance requirements and organizational policies & procedures

🎯 Requirements

• State Health Insurance License in good standing • Unrestricted driver's license • Strong presentation skills • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written • Strong organizational skills • Strong relationship building skills • Ability to collaborate well internally and externally • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change • Knowledge of systems and technology and proficient with data analytics • Knowledge of marketing strategy, value proposition • Adherence to CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and procedures • Medicare knowledge preferred • Self starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized and proactive • Knowledge base of the market and the broker environment within the market. • Engaging personality traits that identify with agents and inspires allegiance.
