• Devoted Health's creative team is seeking a talented Content Strategist/Copywriter to play a key role in developing impactful campaigns for our members, prospects, and partners. • You will contribute to writing diverse marketing materials and be an essential part of shaping the creative strategy across our channels. • You are a versatile writer and content producer who excels at pushing the boundaries of content strategy and adapting your voice to different perspectives and audiences, while delivering content with both precision and a keen eye for compliance. • You have a passion for mastering complex topics and are eager to learn about an industry that is multifaceted and dynamic. • With a strategic, customer-first mindset, you always keep the "what’s in it for me?" message front and center, while also thinking creatively to explore new, innovative approaches. • You enjoy collaborating closely with design teams and business partners to ensure the core message is communicated effectively. • You are a self-starter at heart. You thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments – and excel at getting things done.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years' experience as a copywriter, preferably in an agency or corporate environment; experience in the medical field is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, or a similar field • Creative problem-solver, capable of considering and pushing the big picture while tackling the nitty gritty • Experience defining creative strategy as well as execute on creative briefs • Self-starter comfortable working independently and with a team • Fast learner who isn’t afraid to ask questions and scrub in to help • Proven experience taking complex topics and explaining them in simple marketing assets • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Familiar with using a style guide (AP Stylebook, in-house, etc.) • Plain language, copyediting and editing skills also a plus • Healthcare experience not required, but research skills and a tenacity to learn are a must
