🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years in a similar Project Management, Outsourcing Producer/Manager, or Business Development role within the video game industry. • Proven ability to craft tailored and detailed proposals and project estimates. • Strong understanding of game development processes and pipelines, with the ability to communicate complex requirements effectively. • Proficient in using project management and CRM tools (Jira, Nethunt, or similar platforms) to manage tasks, timelines, Gantt charts, and client communications. • Exceptional responsiveness with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring timely and professional client interactions that uphold Devoted’s reputation. • Resourceful and creative, willing to learn new techniques to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs, ensuring proposals stand out and deliver exceptional value. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Willingness accommodate some working hours in the PST - EST time zones
