Description
• Devoted Studios is a production management company for external development in video games. • We are seeking an experienced and versatile professional to join our dynamic company as a Product Manager. • You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of new features and enhancements for a B2B platform to be launched in late 2024. • You will play a critical role in scoping feature enhancements and future features, managing Business Analysts for requirements documentation, and owning roadmaps for each core feature on the platform.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Feature Owner at a SaaS company, demonstrating the successful delivery of complex features. • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think analytically and make sound decisions under pressure. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with various stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Ukrainian preferred.
