• We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to oversee our sales development, account executives, and sales operations. • This role will be critical in scaling our sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the alignment of sales strategies with our overall business objectives. • The Head of Sales will report to the Chief Business Officer and be supported by regional leaders and experienced leaders across marketing, partnerships, and customer success.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the technology or software development sector. • Experience in managing and scaling sales teams, including SDRs, AEs, and sales operations. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decision-making. • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams. • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions. • Strong network in Canadian and USA market • Must be Canadian national or holds a valid TN work permit
