• Join our team as a Product Owner, where you'll drive the product development process and ensure the development team delivers valuable outcomes for our clients and their users. • Collaborate with the development team, client, and their users to understand technical constraints, business goals, and user needs. • Translate product ideas into product features with clear requirements and validate them with stakeholders, users, and development team. • Suggest, clearly explain and own the Sprint Goal. • Manage the product backlog and prioritize the product backlog items. • Develop user stories, epics and initiatives. • Help the team stay focused on creating high value increments. • Identify and manage dependencies and development risks. • Understand relevant use cases and business-critical processes. • Lead the Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Backlog Refinements. • Participate in Agile ceremonies. • Create product documentation.
• The ability to understand and capture business requirements that align with product goals, positioning, and principles. • Expertise in outlining a clear product vision, direction, priorities, and progress, based on business objectives and stakeholder input. • A strong understanding of Agile principles and practices to optimize the product development process. • Experience collaborating with design and development teams to achieve a shared product vision in line with the product roadmap. • The ability to identify risks and effectively communicate them to the Service Delivery Manager. • A knack for generating desirable, usable, feasible, and viable product or service ideas, along with the ability to define a product vision supported by a clear business case ready for market. • Skills in influencing stakeholders and teams, leading ceremonies and workshops to align goals, and ensuring everyone understands and internalizes the desired outcomes. • Proficiency in delivering engaging and effective presentations to diverse audiences, using the appropriate structure, visuals, tone of voice, and body language to positively influence decision-making.
