Description

• Collaborating with the customer and Agile team members to analyze requirements to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met in both application modernization efforts and operations and maintenance (O&M) applications • Creating and tracking application work items within Team Foundation Server (TFS) • Testing multiple applications after development • Tracking development progress across modernization and O&M applications • Providing development status to PM on an ad hoc request basis • Providing Help Desk/Tier II support and routing

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required • Experience with managing an Agile development lifecycle • Experience with multiple projects running concurrently • Azure DevOps and Jira/TFS experience • Gathering requirements, talk to user communities, research issues, document solutions • Create user stories and tasks in TFS, and lead administration of TFS • Interact with customers and end users regarding any aspect of the applications • Create functional test plans and execute system testing • Support technical staff with clear written and verbal stakeholder communication • Help Desk /Tier II Experience
