• As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of our cutting-edge software solutions for Therapy Management Software. • Your day-to-day will focus on feature discovery, delivery and education, localization for EMEA markets, voice of customer representation across EMEA markets, and ongoing product support. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, discover innovative solutions, create exceptional user experiences and ensure the success of our therapy management software.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Diabetes Medical Technology industry. • 2+ years in either product management, diabetes care, biomedical engineering or related fields. • Advanced knowledge of therapy management software and healthcare in key European markets. • Fluent in English and in at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, French, Italian. • Experience defining product requirements and working with R&D to ensure development of products based on customer and business requirements. • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and use influential leadership effectively with cross-functional partners and senior management. • Strong presentation, influence, and communication skills. • Ability to work successfully with ambiguity and in fast-paced environments.
