Description

• You will work with customers to understand their pain points using the CGM system and propose changes that will increase customer satisfaction and confidence in using Dexcom’s software. • Your work will lay the groundwork in personalizing the app features for our patients throughout their CGM journey. • You will team up with fellow Data Science and Product Design interns.

Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent. • Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later. • Your ability to interact with customers and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. • Strong analytical thinking and a deep sense of empathy towards patients to evaluate complex data and provide data-driven insights. • Background in UX, Product Management, and Market Research.
