• Support the implementation and operation of all elements of Dexcom’s Corporate Compliance Program in the APAC region. • Assist in the development and execution of annual compliance training and awareness plan. • Develop compliance training and awareness materials to increase employees’ awareness, understanding and application of Dexcom’s Corporate Compliance program requirements. • Deliver effective compliance training to stakeholders. • Track the completion status of compliance training modules. • Assist with the annual compliance risk assessment, development of the compliance risk register. • Assist with investigations of potential violations of the company’s Conduct of Conduct. • Assist with development of annual compliance monitoring plan for the APAC region. • Provide guidance to stakeholders on laws and regulations governing interactions with government officials. • Advise business stakeholders on laws, regulations, and industry codes pertaining to interactions with HCPs. • Provide guidance to business stakeholders on grants and donations procedures and requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting and/or law. • Approximately 8 or more years of work experience, at least 2 of which should be in the life sciences industry. • At least five years of experience in implementing an ethics and compliance program for a multinational organization. • Experience in conducting internal audits and/or investigations (Preferred). • Strong customer focus, work ethic and integrity. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Strong critical thinking with sound judgment and decision-making skills. • Excellent business communication report writing skills. • Must be self-directed, proactive, motivated, and a fast learner. • Able to work independently. • Sense of humor.
