📋 Description
• Join a dynamic team at the forefront of sales training and development within the healthcare industry. • Lead the delivery of comprehensive new hire and advanced sales training programs, both in-person and virtually. • Collaborate with national & regional stakeholders to assess training needs, update curriculum, and develop tailored sales training plans and programs. • Play a pivotal role in the orchestration and execution of National Sales Meetings. • Drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of training programs for key projects such as onboarding, sales meetings, and product launches. • Contribute to the development and management of a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate ongoing training initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Current Cert IV in Training and Assessment. • 2+ years of experience in sales training and program design. • Previous experience in diabetes-related medical and/or pharma sales with a proven track record of success. • DISC, Situational Leadership, GROW Coaching accredited. • Direct report leadership experience is desirable.
