Description
• You will be part of the Global Engineering team within Operations, providing technical oversight for manufacturing technologies. • Lead and collaborate with teams to support validation strategy development for product assembly equipment. • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze mechanical systems for efficiency and quality. • Develop test plans and ensure designs meet product specifications and regulatory requirements. • Play a key role in change management and validation requirements for production equipment. • Review daily contract manufacturing production data to enhance output and efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. • Typically requires 8-12 years of related industry experience. • Proficiency in automation and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV). • Ability to translate user requirements into validation deliverables. • Experienced in developing and executing validation strategies for complex automation. • Hands-on experience with high volume automation assembly machines. • Experience in statistical process control (SPC) and proficiency with Minitab or JMP for data analysis. • Proficiency in SolidWorks, dimensional tolerancing and GD&T Standards. • Demonstrated success in LEAN, KAIZEN, and Six Sigma for continuous improvement.
