Description

• Dexerto is a premier entertainment media group engaging over 100 million monthly fans. • The ideal candidate will have experience of trafficking campaigns on sell-side platforms like Google Ad Manager (DFP). • This position is remote. • Working with the Ad Operations and other cross functional teams. • You will also be involved in the design and consult on campaign setup to help reach and execute on our clients’ media KPIs. • Success in this role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and people skills. • The individual should be self-motivated, have the ability to work both independently and in teams. • Attention to detail and the ability to remain focused under pressure are key capabilities in this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is desirable • Understanding of marketing KPI’s preferred • Prior experience trafficking in an ad server (GAM, DV360, boostr) • Desire to work in the entertainment media industry which requires availability during weekends if we are supporting a live event or receive urgent off hour requests • Must be 18 years or older • Experience in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs ATP Bookend, etc. • Experience in the language of online measurement: uniques, pageviews, visits, referrers, Nielsen, tracking etc. • Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (including formulas)) • Desire to learn and grow at a growing company • Basic knowledge of HTML and ActionScript • Experience taking screenshots, cropping, and basic image editing • Experience compiling reporting and building wrap up decks • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills • Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
