Description

β€’ Develop growth strategies and plans. β€’ Manage and retain relationships with existing clients. β€’ Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings using company Software. β€’ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. β€’ Increase client base and develop external sales channels. β€’ Promote business image via social media, B2B and other marketing platforms. β€’ Track sales progress and develop monthly sales targets. β€’ Manage sales, and client care. β€’ Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities. β€’ Generate quotes for clients. β€’ Run monthly sales reporting and provide summary to the senior management team.

Requirements

β€’ Must have at least 10 years of experience in a Business Development role. β€’ Experience in the janitorial and hospitality business. β€’ Knowledge of housekeeping, commercial cleaning, and customer service are required. β€’ Knowledge of the janitorial and hospitality business is an asset. β€’ Ability to work independently and lead the team efficiently. β€’ Good decision-making skills are essential to be successful in this role. β€’ Outstanding time management skills, strong computer literacy, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
