• Develop growth strategies and plans • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients • Increase client base and develop external sales channels • Promote business image via social media and other marketing platforms • Track sales progress and develop monthly sales targets • Manage sales and client care • Examine risks and potentials for business opportunities • Generate quotes for clients • Run monthly sales reporting and provide summary to senior management
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in a Business Development role • Experience in the janitorial and hospitality business is required • Knowledge of housekeeping, commercial cleaning, and customer service is required • Ability to work independently and lead the team efficiently • Good decision-making skills are essential • Outstanding time management skills, strong computer literacy, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
