📋 Description
• Bewertung und Vorqualifikation von Incident-Tickets aus Überwachungssystemen inklusive Analyse und Dokumentation sowie die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung unserer Service Level Agreements • Bearbeitung von IT-Kunden-Serviceanfragen und -Störungen, inkl. Erfassung, Analyse, Bewertung und Erar-beitung von technischen Problemlösungen • Design & Implementierung von Kunden-Setups und internen Services, sowie deren Übernahme in den Produktionsbetrieb • Themenschwerpunkte sind Linux- und BSD-Systeme sowie die darauf laufenden Services wie Web- und Datenbanksoftware. Dies gern in Containern oder auf Kubernetes in unseren Private und Hybrid-Clouds
🎯 Requirements
• Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik und Praxiserfahrung im Betrieb und in der Administration von Linux- und/oder BSD-Systemen • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Config Management, Automatisierung und Web-Application Stacks • Spaß an Troubleshooting, Monitoring und Performanceanalysen im Bereich Virtualisierungs- und Container-Runtime Plattformen • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau
