• Design and deploy Azure solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, develop architectures, and propose solutions. • Configure and optimize Azure infrastructure components such as compute, storage, networking, and security. • Implement automation and orchestration tools to streamline deployment and operations. • Monitor Azure environments, troubleshoot issues and perform proactive maintenance. • Ensure compliance with security policies, guidelines, and procedures. • Document designs, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. • Stay current with Azure updates, new features, and industry trends.
• 8 years of experience in technology solutions, with 2 years in an Azure-focused role. • Strong technical background in Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Azure Stack technologies related to Governance, Virtual Networking, Virtual Machines, Active Directory Domain Services, Load Balancing, Storage, Identity Management, Migrations and Implementations. • Experience in designing and implementing Azure/Azure Stack solutions in complex enterprise environments including migration of on-premises resources to Azure solutions. • Experience with Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework, including Azure landing zones. • Proven track record of managing Azure projects and Azure technical operations. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to IAM (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and experience in ensuring compliance. • Certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-304, AZ-204, AZ-104 are a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Proven consultative mindset and experience with the ability to integrate complex elements and customer requirements into innovative technical architectures. • Demonstrated customer-focus solutions provider excelling at understanding customer needs and translating those needs to solutions. • Serves as a role model to others for translating complex and technical information. • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both technical and non-technical audiences.
