Description
• Conceptualizing and writing side-splitting comedy sketches and monologues for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Snapchat • Developing and maintaining a consistent and unique comedic voice that resonates with our target audience • Collaborating with the creative team, performers, and crew to bring your comedic vision to life on various short form social platforms • Staying ahead of current events, pop culture, and social trends to infuse timely humor into your writing • Pitching and developing fresh, original ideas that push the boundaries of conventional family friendly comedy
Requirements
• Proven 3+ years of experience as a writer with a focus on comedy; preferably within the social media space • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen understanding of comedic timing • A deep love for internet humor, memes, and pop culture references • Ability to adapt to different comedic styles and tones • Strong communication and collaboration skills
