Description

• Design and build cloud services that are scalable, secure and reliable • Analyse, debug and fix issues in the system • Design and implement operational excellence and best practices • Build a vibrant and exciting engineering culture • Promote and develop cloud-native and open source best practices • Help mature the engineering discipline across the organization • On call for incident response

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing and building distributed systems • 2+ years operating a public cloud service or platform in production • 2+ years of experience with Go • 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker or other container based systems • 2+ years of experience with Google Cloud or similar cloud provider • Solid understanding of computer science principles with a focus on distributed systems • Excellent communication skills • Ability to mentor early career engineers • Bonus: experience with Dapr
