• Lead and expand DickersonBakker’s Grant Services Division. • Drive business development, oversee product development and strategy, and ensure high-quality service delivery. • Represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events. • Develop and execute a business growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals. • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10 years of leadership experience in nonprofit grant services, fundraising, or a related field. • Strong business development and sales acumen (70% focus on growth). • Extensive knowledge and experience working with foundations and grant processes from the grant-seeking perspective of a nonprofit organization; either as a grant program manager or as an executive leader with oversight of these functions. • Proven track record of success in grant-seeking. • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) for tracking and forecasting sales.
