• Management of Loss Prevention Programs. • Assist in developing shrink reduction plans for each store. • Educate teammates on reducing shrink through company programs. • Analyze metrics to identify operational deficiencies. • Support safety culture among frontline teammates. • Respond to theft events and aid investigations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 5-7 years experience in Loss Prevention or related retail environment. • At least 3 years in a multi-unit environment. • Valid driver's license required. • Successful completion of background checks.
