• Senior Software Engineer for DICK’S Media Network tasked with innovating retail advertising. • Build a scalable, reliable, and effective retail media network. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and other engineers. • Create and deliver technical solutions to meet organizational goals. • Leverage first-party data to drive personalized content for Athletes. • Support and mentor a team of technologists in a structured and ad hoc manner. • Deliver complex tasks to production, working independently when required. • Take initiative to introduce and drive new ideas or projects. • Understand the business context of the larger domain and how your work matters. • Willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and innovate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level preferred. • Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years). • Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months).
