Description

• Join Digible as a pivotal Senior Software Engineer, leading one of our teams. • Report directly to a Senior Engineering Manager and align with stakeholders. • Ensure timely delivery of customer-facing SAAS products and contribute to ideation around new products. • Establish yourself as a trusted tech lead and champion engineering best practices. • Drive the adoption of methodologies for consistent and timely delivery of high-quality products. • Opportunity to drive innovation and lead a diverse team in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. • Proven track record in architecting scalable and dependable systems, leveraging industry best practices. • Proficiency in modern JavaScript-based web stacks (Node, TypeScript, React, etc.). • Deep understanding of system architecture principles and patterns. • Hands-on familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or GCP. • Experience guiding a team through growth phases in small (3-10) to medium (10-50) organization sizes. • Working knowledge of iterative value-focused delivery methodologies.
