• Take ownership of data projects from end to end • Analyse and report on the impact of activities such as split tests, new feature releases, and promotions • Clearly communicate and visualise findings via dashboards and reports • Work closely with other departments

Requirements

• Understand stakeholder requirements and manage expectations • Translate business questions into precise SQL queries • Distil your analysis into understandable and actionable insights for other teams and stakeholders • Help others understand our data, providing useful insights for their departments • Represent the analytics team in meetings and presentations, and bring a data perspective to various contexts in the business • Improve access to our data, and identify opportunities for using data to improve processes and decision making across the organisation • Work with product, engineering and design teams to form testable hypotheses • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and analytics projects • Define and deliver appropriate metrics
