• Du suchst ein Praktikum, bei dem du nicht nur Erfahrungen sammelst, sondern auch wirklich etwas bewegen kannst? • Werde Teil unseres jungen, dynamischen Teams mit 10 motivierten Kolleg*innen und tauche tief in die Welt des Sales ein – direkt an der Seite unserer Gründer und erfahrenen Sales-Profis! • Gemeinsam mit Felix, dem Gründer von Digital Trendteam, und Melanie, Inhaberin und Gründerin der Digital Brand Academy, gehst du in die Kundenakquise und begeisterst unsere Interessenten von unseren Produkten. • Proaktive Kontaktaufnahme zu warmen Leads aus unseren Werbeanzeigen (Telefonakquise). • Telefonische Nachverfolgung von Kunden in unserem Vertriebsprozess. • Aufbau einer stabilen Lead-Pipeline zusammen mit deinen Sales Kollegen. • Identifizierung von Kundenbedürfnissen und Platzierung unserer LinkedIn-Lösungen. • Durchführung von LinkedIn Profiloptimierungen live mit Kunden. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern und dem Sales-Team, um Prozesse zu optimieren und Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen.
🎯 Requirements
• einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • du liebst es Eigenverantwortung zu übernehmen und bringst dich gerne mit kreativen Ideen ein • Erste Erfahrungen im Sales, Kundenservice oder einem ähnlichen Bereich von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. • Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Spaß an der Interaktion mit Menschen. • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, sich im Sales weiterzuentwickeln. • Interesse an LinkedIn und Social-Media-Plattformen. • du liebst es Eigenverantwortung zu übernehmen und bringst dich gerne mit kreativen Ideen ein
