Description

• Manage, lead, train, and motivate the APAC brand sales team (managed service & programmatic PMP business) • Strategic leadership of major APAC brand advertising partnerships • Work with the executive leadership team to define, achieve, forecast, and exceed revenue and business goals • Continuously evolve sales systems and processes in order to operate with optimal efficiency and productivity. • Work closely with our Head of Strategy and Head of Client Services to deliver innovative ideas to our customers while ensuring the highest level of customer service. • Understand the needs, goals, and objectives of the brand and agency buying community and actively advocate on their behalf with our marketing & product teams. • Responsible for ensuring best-in-class representation within the advertising community. • Active involvement in the day to day management of Salesforce, ability to track progress and manage reports on a regular basis

Requirements

• Must have “programmatic DNA” and understand programmatic advertising, buying, and selling • 5+ years of experience leading sales teams that sell to agencies and agency trading desks • Must be innovative, forward-thinking, high-energy, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced/evolving environment • Analytical/strategic thinker, creative problem solver, resourceful, and able to initiate change and motivate innovation and creativity • Strong time management abilities • Deep industry relationships, preferably at holding company agencies and their ATDs • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present effectively across multiple levels in an organization including VP & C-Level audiences • Extensive knowledge of the digital landscape, mobile landscape, and the media industry
