• Excellent spelling and grammar of the Dutch language at least C1 level • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for great customer experience • Customer-centric approach with empathy towards clients • Great listening skills and ability to turn feedback into suggestions • Adaptability and openness to learning • Eagerness to develop and receptive to feedback • More than 300 keystrokes per minute, touch typing with at least 95% precision • Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations • Ability to work towards a monthly goal • Strong experience with Internet and multiple cloud applications • Confidentiality when handling sensitive information • Expert in working independently and self-motivated • Access to a home workspace with fast internet connection • Very flexible regarding working hours • Available for at least a year • College level thinking
