📋 Description
• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team and play a crucial role in optimizing the new player experience and overall performance of our games with an emphasis on Warframe Mobile. • You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, and generating actionable insights to improve player engagement and retention. • Analyze player behavior during the first-time user experience (FTUE) to identify areas of friction and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize onboarding flows, tutorials, and early game mechanics. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as player engagement, retention, monetization, and virality. • Analyze player behavior data to understand game mechanics, identify imbalances, and optimize game design. • Work closely with game designers, product managers, and engineers to translate data insights into actionable game improvements. • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and presentations.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on mobile gaming or a related industry. • Strong programming skills in Python or R. • Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques. • Experience with big data technologies. • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools. • Deep understanding of game mechanics, economies, and player behavior. • Experience with A/B testing and experimental design. • Familiarity with game analytics platforms and tools.
