📋 Description

• The VP of Finance will be responsible for financial strategy, forecasting, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization. • Drive scalable financial processes, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and align financial strategies with business growth objectives. • Improve ARR growth and unit economics by refining pricing strategies, customer retention models, and financial resource allocation. • Ensure financial reporting provides actionable insights for leadership, investors, and stakeholders. • Establish scalable financial processes and internal controls to support the company’s rapid growth. • Serve as a strategic finance leader, aligning finance with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to drive execution. • Partner with executive leadership to ensure financial transparency and accountability across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in financial leadership, SaaS finance, or fintech, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of scaling financial operations in a high-growth, investor-backed software environment. • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI development. • Ability to shift altitudes seamlessly, thinking strategically while also rolling up your sleeves in a hands-on, execution-oriented role. • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, ARR growth, and unit economics. • Strong executive presence and great communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts down to simple narratives. • Collaborative and customer-centric mindset, aligning financial operations with company growth objectives. • Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and capital allocation strategies is a plus.
