• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels. • Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to boost influencer content through paid media, ensuring optimal performance and ROI. • Work closely with the strategy team to develop holistic media plans that align with client objectives. • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand paid social services to existing and prospective clients. • Analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social and the creator economy. • Work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, taking a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements
