📋 Description

• You are passionate about technology, creatively and commercially driven and are fully committed to a beautiful customer experience. • You lead customer adoption project teams to drive adoption of Diligent’s GRC solutions, and support business development activities. • Act as a trusted advisor and leverage your deep domain and practical GRC skills, knowledge and experience to help your customers realize their risk and compliance program vision, goals, and objectives. • Advise clients on the best approach based on this experience and engage in successful expectations management. • Manage projects to ensure project risks are proactively identified, communicated, and mitigated. • Mobilize proper team resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully, delays and overruns are minimized, and project efficiencies and budgets are managed and proactively communicated. • Provide oversight and monitoring of services during the entire implementation lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 plus years' experience as practitioner with domain knowledge in one or more of these areas: Audit, Internal and Regulatory Compliance, and/or Risk Management (Enterprise, IT, Regulatory and/or Third Party). • 2-4 years’ experience running Risk or Compliance Programs. • 2-4 managing implementations of large-scale technology products across industries. • Experience in client management and business development within those clients. • Effective skills in persuasion and influence, as well as an ability to enthuse and inspire. • Drive and determination to succeed in a dynamic company and growing team. • Track record of successful project delivery management in an enterprise or to enterprise customers with a dynamic and complex technical / regulatory environment. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills including great public speaking skills and workshop facilitation. • Exceptional knowledge of business processes and the ability to solve business problems using a combination of technology and process changes.
