Requirements

• Recruiting attorneys and legal professionals for positions with law firms and corporate legal departments • In-depth interviewing with attorneys and legal professional candidates to assess qualifications • Networking with attorneys and legal professionals • Extending offers of employment to attorneys and legal professional candidates and negotiating compensation packages • Assisting clients and candidates in making discreet and informed employment decisions • Must have strong understanding of the legal industry • Enthusiastic and highly motivated • Prior sales experience - client services • Business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit • Legal background and the desire to move into a sales/recruiting role • JD strongly preferred
