• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred. • 3 – 5 years of experience in IT, data architecture, or business/industry roles with a focus on data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. • Proven track record of designing and implementing secure, compliant enterprise data solutions and leading data governance initiatives. • In-depth knowledge of data security frameworks, including encryption, access controls, and data masking techniques. • Experience with data platforms such as Azure Data Lake, AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, and Big Data technologies, with a focus on securing sensitive data. • Solid experience with SaaS Applications, SQL and NoSQL databases, Business Intelligence platforms, and API-driven architectures, IAM Governance Processes with a focus on secure data access. • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other relevant data protection laws and standards. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure and compliant data solutions. • Experience mentoring and guiding teams on data security and compliance best practices. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders on security and compliance issues. • Demonstrated ability to assess business requirements and translate them into secure, scalable data architectures that meet privacy and security needs. • Experience with developing long-term data security roadmaps that align with business and regulatory goals. • Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, SAFe, DevOps), with an emphasis on security and compliance integration. • Experience implementing data governance frameworks, data stewardship, and compliance standards (COBIT, ISO, NIST, SFIA, PMBOK, ITIL).
