Description

• Provides support essential to the MRO division through completing donor interviews and conducting administrative review of drug testing results and processes. • Performs administrative review of Non-DOT test results to include positives, adulterated, substituted and invalid results. • Conducts phone interviews with donors to determine if a medical explanation exists to adjudicate the lab result. • Records detailed interview notes in the electronic case file. • Escalates positive verifications for MRO’s final review. • Advises clients on federal drug testing regulations as applicable to ensure employer compliance. • Provides support to Rx authentication team and MRO-A physician support teams. • May perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in MRO-A position • Medical Review Officer Assistant Certification • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail • Exceptional interpersonal, phone and communication skills • Previous customer service experience • Associates or Bachelors degree (preferred) • Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred)
