Description

• Responsible for ordering and compiling field records and database records • Pulls all preliminary database for verification • Orders field records from Outside Field Investigators • Confirms receipt of field record orders • Generates database records including civil litigation and judgments • Compiles and submits all records to the Investigator • Prepares exhibits, reviews, and sends final reports • Assists with front end research as needed • Knowledge of applicable laws and company policies • Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction • Provides feedback for improvement

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience desired • Previous investigative/work related experience is a plus • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment • Ability to prioritize and organize work • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
