Description

•Transform how music collecting fans discover and cherish their favorite records. •Produce dynamic, engaging content across all digital channels. •Execute Discogs' marketing strategy by creating innovative multimedia content. •Shape how Discogs tells the story of the record collector’s journey. •Develop compelling, story-driven content that resonates with the community. •Capture and highlight stories from the Discogs community. •Lead the creation of organic and paid social content. •Stay ahead of trends in content creation and digital media. •Ensure content is optimized for search to drive organic visibility. •Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure success.

Requirements

•Proven experience in digital and/or video content creation, preferably in the music or entertainment industry. •Demonstrated ability to create engaging multimedia content. •Excellent storytelling skills with a knack for creating compelling content. •Proficiency in content creation tools for video, graphics, GIFs, etc. (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro). •Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools. •Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments. •Strong project management and organizational skills. •Strategic thinker with a creative flair and a passion for music and community building. •Experience with paid social media campaigns and SEO optimization is a plus.
