Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager. • Worked with large-scale distributed systems serving tens or hundreds of millions of users. • Hands-on Engineering Manager who embraces technical complexity and understands the entire stack. • Experience managing networked video infrastructure or real-time packet-based applications. • Worked with cloud environments (e.g., GCP, AWS). • Can effectively balance cost considerations against product quality.
