• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Discord's Machine Learning Platform • Collaborate with teams to build our ML Roadmap • Stay up to date with ML frameworks and tools • Work across product teams to identify and drive opportunities for ML

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and shipping great software • BA/BS in computer science, mathematics, physics, economics, or related field or equivalent years of experience • Experience in applying machine learning to consumer tech • Familiarity with machine learning basics and trends • Proven ability to analyze and synthesize data • Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers • A passion for games and the gaming industry
