📋 Description
• Architect and implement scalable test automation solutions using modern technologies, particularly C# and Selenium • Drive quality assurance best practices across the organization through leadership and mentorship • Orchestrate end-to-end testing strategies, including functional, regression, and performance testing • Champion continuous integration practices by integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Foster collaboration between development, product, and QA teams to ensure optimal test coverage • Analyze reviews, document issues, and coordinate resolution efforts • Establish and track key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Professional certifications such as CSTE or ISTQB are a plus • Must be available during Central Time Zone hours (6 AM to 2 PM CST) • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms • Self-motivated with high accountability and ownership mentality • Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment • Experience working with distributed teams and stakeholders
