📋 Description
• Manage the firm’s billing portfolios for institutional, high-profile clients. • Handle complex domestic and global billing clients. • Provide training and mentoring on billing procedures. • Field billing inquiries and track resolutions through the Accounting Service Desk. • Generates global client LEDES files for electronic billing based on client requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field highly preferred. • 5 years successfully managing high volume billing portfolios in a fast-paced environment. • Expert level of knowledge in direct billing or client accounts. • Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in Excel. • Requires proficiency in e-billing applications such as Bill Blast or e-Billing Hub. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
