Description

• Provide Governance and Transition Support for DLH’s Defense Health Agency (DHA) Solution Delivery Division (SDD) client. • Provide Governance Panel support for Programs of Record (POR). • Develop a detailed baseline of the current state of the program. • Develop appropriate documentation outlining the as-is and proposed to-be state of the POR, project, service or initiative. • Provide Ektropy coordination for funding and requirement submission processes. • Develop and maintain templates and process assets associated with governance process and reporting efforts. • Support transition programs, projects, and initiatives into and out of PEO Medical Systems. • Conduct robust analysis in support of transition efforts. • Ensure necessary documentation artifacts are developed and coordinated for transition efforts. • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience. • Knowledge and experience with DoD Acquisition management processes, tools, and techniques required. • Knowledge and experience with DoD Acquisition Governance and Transition preferred. • Excellent organizational and both oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work well with a team, execute tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner. • Ability to write and present effective project materials, presentations, status-reporting, etc.
