Description
• Develops detailed project management and work plans • Responsible for timelines, budget management, contract management • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking • Ensures adherence to quality standards • Manages the integration of vendor tasks • Recommends innovative solutions to challenges • Manages multiple projects under the ACTG NCC • Participates in budget and marketing plan development • Serves as the primary management interface • Provides management services including administrative oversight • Ensures adequate training for ACTG NCC staff • Responsible for all contract deliverables • Prepares and approves technical documentation • Supports maintenance of inspection readiness
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, social sciences, or related field • Master’s degree preferred • PMP preferred • Excellent verbal communication and organization skills • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work collaboratively
