Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the adoption of non-card payment solutions in the LATAM region. • Identify and target potential clients who would benefit from incorporating non-card payment methods into their payment offerings. • Expand and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell non-card payment solutions. • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to non-card payment adoption. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored non-card payment solutions. • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of non-card payment methods and how they can enhance the client’s payment process. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the payments industry, particularly related to non-card payment methods in LATAM. • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of non-card payment solutions. • Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

• Advanced English • Experience selling non-card payment methods and knowledge of the payments industry in LATAM • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. • Perseverance. Hearing 'NO' doesn't phase you! • A self-starter with a can-do attitude who is open to working across time zones with teams from all over the world • Client-facing experience is ideal • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
