Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • +5 years of experience in operations, business transformation/optimization, or a related role. • Ability to think strategically and design effective solutions. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros. • A solid understanding of coding, such as SQL, VBA, or similar languages. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Excellent presentation skills. • Strong attention to deadlines and details. • Experience conducting workshops. • Proven success working with all levels of management. • Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization. • Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
