Description

• dLocal enables the biggest companies to collect payments in 40 countries in emerging markets. • You will support our Commercial division, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives. • You will play a key role in shaping our talent strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years supporting a commercial in a multicultural environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. • Demonstrated proficiency in HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and change management, with a deep understanding of the commercial function. • Strong understanding of commercial operations and KPIs, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful people strategies. • Data-driven with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying trends, solving complex problems, and making data-backed recommendations. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization. Strong consulting and coaching skills.
