Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or operational management roles within a crypto environment, preferably in the payments or fintech sector • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams • Deep knowledge of Crypto and corporate client relationship management • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Spanish • Ability to analyze data and KPIs with a focus on continuous improvement • Proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment • Fluent English
