• Collaborate with the VP Product and other product vertical heads to define frameworks and ways of working for the entire product organization. • Lead the development and execution of strategies to create new revenue streams, expanding Dlocal’s offerings and market presence. • Foster a culture of collaboration between the product organization and other departments within the company, as well as with our customers. • Ensure a superior developer experience, making the integration of Dlocal’s products easy and seamless for the developers of our merchant clients. • Enhance the merchant experience by improving the merchant dashboard and overall customer service. • Identify and implement best practices to drive innovation and efficiency within the product team, mentor, and develop a team of product managers to achieve their full potential. • Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet market demands. • Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvements and future product development. • Represent the product organization in executive meetings and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product • Excellent verbal and written English skills; Spanish is a plus.A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. • Deep understanding of the fintech industry and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute methodically. • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating products that deliver exceptional value and user experiences. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a high-growth company. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
