🎯 Requirements
• Strong background in the payments industry with a focus on alternative payment methods. • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. • In-depth knowledge of Pix (both direct and indirect participants), Boleto, and other relevant payment methods. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment; adaptable and self-driven with a proactive mindset. • Experience in managing operations across global teams and time zones. • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting to make informed decisions and optimize processes. • Strong command of SQL to facilitate data analysis and reporting. • A solid understanding of various business functions, including legal, finance, product, and IT. • Exceptional communication, reporting, and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail. • Curiosity-driven with a positive, solution-oriented attitude. • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines. • Fluent in written and verbal English; any additional languages are a plus. • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
