Description
• Provide legal knowledge and expertise on financial, payments, and fintech regulations in APAC countries • Advise stakeholders on regulatory impact and compliance • Draft company policies and internal processes • Maintain a compliance calendar and submit legal and regulatory returns • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to drive compliance • Contribute to creating company-wide awareness of regulatory requirements
Requirements
• Advanced degree in law, compliance, finance, or a comparable study • 5+ years experience in a regulatory or compliance officer role or legal advisor • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Experience in an international company, Payments, financial institution, or law firm • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail • Professional, flexible, highly responsible, and hands-on
