• Responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out to the best possible standards while meeting client requirements for deliverables • Primary point of contact for clients from project initiation to closeout • Set and meet client expectations and communicate project progress to all stakeholders • Deliver projects on time and to budget, and to client satisfaction • Ensure all project financials are appropriately managed, forecasted, and invoiced

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification preferred • Fluency in English and German are required • Legal/industry knowledge or experience is essential • Hands on experience with an e-Discovery review platform, such as Relativity • Significant project management experience within Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) • Proven ability to lead multiple projects and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience of facilitating meetings and following complex/detailed processes • High degree of interpersonal sensitivity to allow building of relationships with experienced, qualified staff and clients • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Strong ability to work autonomously • Strong attention to detail • Technical aptitude and financial appreciation • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
